Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within the same day of placing an order.
The cancel request will not be accepted if the orders have been communicated to the Processing/Delivery and they have initiated the process of shipping.
No cancellations will be entertained for those products that are in offers, or grouped with other products on a discounted price or products that are purchased a week before / during special occasions. These are the limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice with us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
If there are complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

SHIPPING POLICY

 

All orders placed on www.poojadryfruitsandspices.com will be delivered through Express Shipping. Or third party prepaid partners who are most convenient to customer .

On Normal Days:

Prepaid orders placed before 11:00 AM will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be processed on the next working day. Shipping is not processed on Sundays and Public Holidays. Once shipped, we will send you an email along with a shipment tracking number on your registered email ID.

Delivery time:
